Return Process

  Apply for Alterations

  If your garment requires minor adjustments, visit a local tailor and submit a photo of your receipt within 30 days to receive an alteration credit.

  Request a Remake

  In the event that a tailor cannot adjust the garment to your satisfaction, our team will review your photos and measurements to craft a completely new version from scratch.

  Initiate a Return

  If you prefer a full refund, contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to receive a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Securely package your unworn items and drop them off at the designated carrier; your refund will be processed to your original payment method once the inspection is complete.
